Karkadi LLC ("Karkadi") provides independent AI testing, monitoring, and reporting services. Our services produce observational findings based on structured, sampled testing of AI systems. Results are indicative, not exhaustive.
Karkadi does not guarantee any specific outcome from the use of our services. Our reports reflect conditions observed at the time of testing. AI systems are dynamic and may change in behavior at any time due to model updates, configuration changes, data changes, or other factors outside our control.
Karkadi does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. Our services do not constitute legal counsel. Our reports do not certify compliance with any law, regulation, or standard — including but not limited to the EU AI Act, GDPR, Colorado AI Act, CCPA, or any other regulatory framework.
You should consult qualified legal counsel for all compliance matters.
Karkadi's monitoring and testing services are designed to supplement, not replace, human oversight of AI systems. You remain fully responsible for your AI systems, their outputs, and any decisions made based on those outputs or on Karkadi's findings.
Our testing is sampled and scenario-based. We do not guarantee detection of all errors, hallucinations, security vulnerabilities, or risks in your AI systems. Undetected issues may exist outside the scope of our testing scenarios.
The KarkadiSeal™ is a performance-based designation, not a legal certification or regulatory approval. It reflects observed performance during monitored testing periods and does not guarantee future system behavior. See our Certification Terms for full details.
Karkadi tests AI systems built and operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the design, development, operation, or outputs of any AI system we test. Our relationship with those systems is limited to independent observation and reporting.
