This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of Karkadi's AI monitoring and testing services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
1. Authorized Testing Only
You may only submit AI systems for testing if you are the owner of the system or have obtained explicit written authorization from the system owner. Karkadi is not responsible for verifying your authorization — you bear full responsibility for confirming that you have the right to test any system you submit.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Karkadi services to:
- Test without permission. Submit any AI system for testing without proper authorization from its owner or operator.
- Exploit or attack systems. Attempt to break, exploit, reverse-engineer, or extract proprietary information from any AI system through our platform.
- Engage in illegal activity. Use our services in connection with any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Submit harmful prompts. Send prompts designed to generate illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or harmful content through AI systems being tested.
- Extract sensitive data. Attempt to extract, expose, or exfiltrate personal data, trade secrets, or confidential information from AI systems through our testing process.
- Misrepresent results. Alter, falsify, or misrepresent Karkadi test results, reports, scores, or the KarkadiSeal™ designation.
- Interfere with service. Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with Karkadi's infrastructure, testing systems, or other users' access.
- Resell without authorization. Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Karkadi services or reports without prior written agreement.
3. Reporting and Content Standards
Karkadi reports are generated based on observed AI behavior during structured testing. You may use reports for internal business purposes. If you share or publish Karkadi findings externally, you must:
- Not alter or selectively edit findings to misrepresent results
- Attribute findings to Karkadi accurately
- Not imply regulatory certification or legal compliance based on Karkadi scores
4. Enforcement
Karkadi reserves the right to:
- Investigate suspected violations of this AUP
- Suspend or terminate access without prior notice for serious violations
- Report illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities
- Remove or revoke the KarkadiSeal™ from any system associated with a policy violation
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to hello@karkadi.com.
6. Changes
We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
